Not your average

Rebar Saloon started with a simple idea: why should great coffee and great cocktails live in different parts of town? We opened our doors on Taylor Street to be both — a proper café for the morning crowd and a proper bar for the evening crowd, with the same care and attention in both shifts.

Our coffee is sourced from small roasters who treat every batch like a craft. Our spirits are measured, shaken, and garnished with the same seriousness you'd find at a speakeasy — just with better lighting and a wider seating chart.
